There was a John Flower in York County, named in the Will of Richard Elkington, May 26, 1646. John “Flowers” is mentioned in a deed record of July 15, 1651 of Benjamine Powell of Newpoqouson in York County. The tract of 600 acres was adjacent to land of John Flowers. John Flowers left a will dated 1655, but I have been unable to examine it. Also present in York County was a Ralph Flowers (1667–78). I'm interested in learning more about these Flowers, and hope someone has some info. Thanks.
