Unfortunately I am not a Felton by blood, however my father's stepfather was born in Bertie County NC and his last name is Felton. I have not done any research on the Felton surname at all. Rodgers/Rogers, Bartlett, Howell, Boone, and Wilkerson are my Southampton and Nansemond County surnames. If you have any of those surnames in your tree let me know so that we can compare notes.
