Just to let you know, and to make your tracking easier, Pulaski County was formed in 1839 from a part of Wythe and a part of Montgomery, so you may find records from both counties before that. It doesn't mean a person moved, just the county lines moved. Most of the census records from Pulaski before 1900 or 1910 may list a person that was living in Hiwassee/Delton/Allisonia/Draper communities as living in Newbern District. After that time, those communities were listed as District 48, Pulaski.
