Charity Vaughan (b. 1761, prob. Culpeper Co. or Richmond Co.) m. Charles Hill
Mary Ann *Polly* Vaughan (b. ablt 1769) m. Jesse Hill
Catherine Vaughan (b. abt. 1769) m. Jacob Reid

Charity & Mary Ann were sister and Catherine was probably a sister as well. The Hills were brothers. All moved to OHio by 1806, via Hampshire Co., VA (now WVA).
