Searching for information on Stephen Rice, b. abt. 1716, perhaps Connecticut, m. Wait (Waity) Allen (a cousin of Ethan Allen?). Both resided in Tinmouth, VT and died there. They are parents of my ancestor, Eber Rice, (private, Rev. War), and I have not further information on them.
