I understand that the public library in Wichita Falls has this
file for the public to veiw. However I live in Louisiana and can't gain easy access. Would like for someone to look for a record of a marriage between Andrew Jackson Shahan and Emma Marie Lee and E-Mail me a copy if it is to be found.
