I can elaborate a bit... During his time in prison, being a widow, he gave his children to his father, Edmond Hugh Williams, to raise. Edmond found that he could not care for the children and a neighbor took them in. "Hugh" was so angry with his father that when he got out of prison he disappeared for 40 years...maybe until his death @1938.
