Hi Pat, Donna Hubbard here. You have helped me before when I was trying to find the father of William L Dooley.

I think the birth cert that says Benj F is the father of James Monroe Dooley Jr, is probably an error, because I find no evidence that BF had any other children besides Eddy and Jenny.
He probably was a significant person in his life though, since it was just two of the Dooley brothers that moved to Arkansas.

I haven't found the birth certificate of Nancy Counts though. I guess she could have moved to another state before she died, though that seems odd.
