Thanks to pdsain for this information. I can not find a death cert for JUDITH ADELINE (TATE) ADKINS at the family search site. My info says she died April 04,1919 in Belton, TX at the home of her daughter, MRS J. M. (Fannie) WOODWARD. Would appreciate knowing if anyone can. Thanks again.
