Dist 3 was in 1860 middle-bottom of Meigs Co. The PO used was Goodfield. However, when I googlearth "Goodfield", it was showing as south of Decatur. In either case, it's off Hwy 58, south of Hwy 30. Dist 3 in 1880, the census records are a little vague as they mixed up Dist 2 & 3. 1870 tax books are availble at the Meigs Mus. Showing Family names and surrounding neigbors. 1870 Census records were distroyed, yet some copies exist. I am sure the Meigs Co Hist Mus can help more.
