Jefferson Davis Whitworth was born in Tennessee around 1862. His father was John Harmon Whitworth and mother was Arrena Matilda Grainger. Jefferson was first married to Sarah L. Bucy and second to Ida Willoughby. He had children from both marriages. I have the names of Jefferson's siblings and the names of his children from both marriages if you would like them. Ida Willoughby was Alfred Whitworth who was my husband's father. Richard passed away in 2009. We had one son who is married and he has 3 sons who bear the surname, Whitworth. I am researching the Whitworth tree so that my grandson's will know their heritage.
