I am searching for information on my grandfather Charles J. Johnson, or C.J., or Charley. He was from Sneedville, Tenn. is about all I know about him. He was born in 1874 or 1873 in Sneedville. I heard he had a sister and he ran away from home when he was young. I cannot find a thing on him. If you have any clues please contact me I would appreciate it so much. He ran away to Missouri where he met my grandmother Julia Beckham and they married in St. Louis and then later came to Wichita, Kansas. Thanks so much. Betty Hattan
