I checked the cemetery listing for Tracy City Cemetery (this was from the WPA records). I could find no listing for any Bobos. There was a young girl named Eliza Hefner (1805-1810). I also checked the Death Index on the TN State Library website; nothing there for Lillie Bobo for the years 1914-1916.
