Mary Ann,
How interesting! Our Morgans have the big nose, (see pic of General Morgan) and intense blue eyes. My dad had beautiful blue eyes but Mom dominated with brown and as a result, hazel eyes are the color that came out. Dr. Morgan, my grandfather, had wavy hair and the left eye was partially closed. My cousin, Steve, says it is a bedroom eye or as you call it, sleepy eyes. Isn't it interesting that these traits still show up today. Also, the Morgans as a whole are very intelligent. My GGGrandfather, Thomas Morgan, was a brick maker. When they tore the family homestead down, five years ago, the lady that owned the land, where our family cemetery is also, contacted me, and my cousin and I went and collected original bricks from the basement. The basement itself was really wonderful with hand hewn logs, and other signs of pioneers. The original homestead had burned but the basement remained intact and you could see some scorching on the upper most logs.A negetive trait that runs in the family is abdomnal cancer. Left handedness and rheumatoid arthritis are in our branch. Does any of this sound familiar. Blessings,
Susan
