My father was Roy Houston Bowers, he was born 21 May 1902 in Cowan, Tn. His father was Adolphus Worth Bowers, also of Cowan. My greatgrandfather was Abraham Bowers, he was born around 1812 in Franklin Co., VA, but ended up in Franklin Co., TN. I am looking for any information on this branch of my family. I know my grandfather was married to Nancy Scivally, but the only information I could find on my greatgrandmother was her name was Susan. They had 5 children that I know of all born in Franklin Co, TN. Any information you could find would be greatly appreciated.
