There are actually 2 death certs #'s 370 and 374. On # 370 gives name as A. D. Thomas and contains the mothers name Anna Dabney.

dob: July 3 1847 dod: June 5 1915 birthplace for all is Tennessee (Campbell Co.)

#374 list name as Adjonijah Thomas contains same information except does not contain the mothers name.
