I am searching for information about my Edward Ketchum/Catcham b. about 1764 in probably Virginia. He is said to have died in Bledsoe County about 1831, but I have no proof. He and wife Mary Reasor Ketchum said to have been in Bledsoe County as early as 1811.

Their son Joseph was in the 1830 & 1840 census in Bledsoe Co., TN. Joseph acquired land in Bledsoe County on 14 April 1837, 5000 acres, Middle Tennessee Grant #5072, filed in book H, page 132. LAND GRANTS AND DEEDS ARCHIVES - NASHVILLE, TN

Two other children lived in Bledsoe County at some time. Martha Ketchum Raines, and Jacob Catcham b. about 1795.
