Can anyone tell me if this book provides histories on the Rogers, Fowler, or Woolbright families?

My Great-Grandmother was Anna Amberzine Fowler Rogers. Her parents were Jack Fowler (1854-1893) and Ellen Woolbright (1859-1935). They were born and buried in Union, but I have never found any information on E. Jack Fowler beyond a census record from 1880 and his tombstone.
