I have an obituary which I see you already found on my tree, but it doesn't mention any of his sisters as still living at the time of his death.

I have the following listed in his household from the census of 1870 Union SC:

Lucinda Bullock 41
Victoria Bullock 9
Louis Bullock 6
Theodosia Bullock 2
