To answer your other question, the survey has been published in Volume 3 of the published cemetery surveys done by the Pinckney District Chapter (S.C. Genealogical Society). You can purchase a copy of all 3 volumes at the Spartanburg County library book store or view copies in the Kennedy Room of the main branch.
