W.A. Dukes was my 3x great grandfather.
I took part in a DNA project that definitively traced my lineage back to Joseph Dukes of Orangeburg, through his son Michael Dukes.

I try to back up my family tree information with documentation where available. Most of these records are supported with documentation from US Census records, death certificates, and family Bible information.
