https://www.facebook.com/freelibraryI can't find the exact information such as cost and to whom the email is addressed to, but they do it for a fee. If memory hasn't quite yet failed me, it's a three month window that they search and the cost is $5.00 per individual look-up. Whenever I sent for it (many years ago), it was always in PDF format, or they can mail a paper copy (snail mail) but may be additional charge.
