I am replying to your Aug 12, 2011 query regarding Peter Moon (ca 1740-1802) and his son John Moon (ca 1760-ca 1850) of Lycoming Co.

I am also looking for more information about these two men and their wives. You say that both were born in Germany. What is your source for Germany? I hav enot been able to find any birthplace for them. My information begins with an approximate date when they settled in Lycoming Co. which is based upon their names appearing on a tax list.
