I have just come across this posting concerning Simon Shaffer. I notice that he had daughters hannah and susanna.

One of my brick walls is my ancestor Nancy Shaffer. I have little information on her. A birth year is around 1812. She married Henry Zimmerman and lived and died in Quemahoning Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. I am not sure where in PA she may have been born.

Any insights or ideas how I can unthread my Nancy from the web of Shaffers in Somerset?
