Did I respond to you on this already? Catherine Shull who married Wm. Mock was daughter of Jacob Shull who was married first to Polly Russell, and 2nd to Rhoda Emerick. Jacob was the son of John Shull who married Catherine Cartwright. At time of 1830 census, John Shull was 60-70 years old and living in Napier Twp, Bedford County PA. John Shull was said to have been a young soldier in the Revolutionary War. John's children were Jacob (as above); Barbara who married John Vance (properly Wentz); Martha who m. Adam Corle; Mary who married someone named Dull; and Joseph who m. Catherine Fry.
