Hello Liz; I'd appreciate any information you have on the three families. These would all be descendants on my mother's side. She died when I was nine and any information I have was given to me by her sister, my aunt Vi. Most of the information only went back one generation. One thing she did mention was that her father, John Stewart (b 8/20/1872) lost his mother on Christmas day when he was five years old. He had an older brother about seven, a younger sister, Mary and a younger brother, Leonard. There was also mention of twins in the family & one of them had died. My aunt wrote that John's mother, who was 70 and in a wheelchair, raised these children and lived to be 98. On the Gibbs side of the family I haven't got any information at all. The only mention my aunt ever made was that her mother, Ada (nee Gibbs), had a number of brothers & sisters. I'll be glad to share whatever meager tidbits I have with you.
