Hi, all. This name brings back some very early memories.

I was born in 1939, and raised in Newberg. Just at the start of WWII, my Aunt and Uncle bought a farm on Chehalem Mt. North of Newberg. Just below their place was the Ridgeway farm. I perhaps met them once or twice and they seemed very old to me. I wasn't sure this was who you were looking for until I looked at the draft card attachment. My Aunt/Uncle were also on RR3 mailing address. The farm was always refered to the "Ridgeway farm".

As I recall, they sold the farm and moved somewhere and my Aunt corresponded with them in Oregon City. So, you might also look at Clackamas County for relatives.

The Livengood was also a well known Newberg family. I think they may have owned a furniture store. I recall they lived just East of town on hwy. 99.

Thanks for the memories!
