Elmie Olive Webb was a relative of mine. Her father, Seth Webb was my Great-uncle. I descend from William Henry Webb. They both were sons of Sallie Riggs and Statia Webb.
It is a curiosity to me that both Seth and William Henry Webb had grandsons named Charles Edwin. I am seeking any past mention of this name in the family tree. Of course, the ultimate objective would be to find out anything concrete about Statia Webb.
