My name is Harrison Thomas LaTour. I am the creator of LaTour Genealogical Collection and the Creole Social Network. My family also migrated to Oklahoma during this timeframe.

It seems that a huge migration of French\Creoles migrated to Oklahoma. You find a lot of these families settled in McIntosh, Okmulgee, and a few in Muskogee County.
