Has anyone had DNA testing? I think that is the only way we are going to find out anything about Doc. There are too many mysteries surrounding his origins.

I have had DNA testing through Ancestry, FTDNA and 23 and me. However, none of those have led to any conclusive or strongly indicative information about Doc. I hope other descendants will get tested so we could triangulate results. It would be especially helpful (I think) to have a direct male descendent tested so we would have the y chromosome results. (Handed down father to son.)
