Hi, I grew up hearing my mom talk about taking the"Doodlebug" from their home in Hobart, OK to Abilene and Hamlin, Texas in the 1930's and'40's. They may have boarded from a nearby town- don't know if it stopped in Hobart. But they took it to Texas every year. Just thought I'd add that!
