I believe my grandfather was the child of Henry Macklin Roach and Pricilla (Pricy) Holloway. I believe they were not legally married because she was of Indian decent and a marriage would not be legal. I was told they had 5 children who carried the Holloway name. My Grandfather was Charlie macklin Roach and he was born 4/22/1867. He is buried at String Prarie Cemetary in Milam County near Maysfield where my father was born. He was shot down by the sheriff when my grandmother, Renia Mary, was 6 months pregnant with their 4th surviving child...my father.
