Hi - I have my great-grandmother, Mary Frances Cook, born in Crestline, OH (Richland County) in 1871. Her father was Samuel Cook and her mother was Rose Singer Cook. I don't have much else about Samuel and Rose. Do you think there could be any connection to your Mary Jane Cook?
