I have a Rev. James Lee WALLAR who m Frances GAMMON 5 Dec 1847. They had a dau, Lauretta May b 10 Jun 1851. This couple supposedly had 7 children, but I only know this one.

Also have a number of letters written during the CW by a great uncle, who mentions a "Hect" WALLAR in Zanesville in 1863.
