I was just thinking of you as I came across pictures of you in ?high school and ,I believe ,as a child. I went to your wedding many years ago with my grandmother Marie Reel ( your aunt).

Can you tell me when and where your dad died. Did your mom remarry?

I have traced the Reels(Riehls) to Manheim Schriesheim Baden in Germany. Peter and Susanna left from Antwerp Belgium on the ship City of Dublin arriving in New York 25th of August 1869. I believe their grown sons ( Peter and Lewis) come one or two years later. George Reel was their grandson and Paul and Howard their great grandsons.

I found the ship in a book on German inmmigrants at the Main library in Youngstown. I get there once a year as I live on the west coast.
