I checked FTM Marriage index: Ohio 1789-1850 and found no listing for the women you listed. (Perhaps you have already searched this.) I did find three Speilman grooms : Christian, 1836 in Fairfield co., Frederick, 1846 in Hamilton co., and Philip, 1842 in Seneca Co. Hope this can provide you with some leads.
