I am a Ohio Civil War buff for 34+ years. I am asking if a copy of the picture of Otho Shipley in his Civil War uniform could be copied and made available to me. I have accumulated a number of copies of soldiers in my personal collection over the years and one of your relative would be a welcomed addition. I would reimburse the costs.
