The Cuyahoga County Archives can send you copies of historical marriage licenses. There is an email address listed on their website http://publicworks.cuyahogacounty.us/en-US/Archives.aspx
Provide them the names, volume and page numbers you have and they should be able to send you a copy of the license. I have sent for numerous copies in the past. The service is free but it does take a while to receive the copies. When I requested copies they sent them by snail mail but perhaps by now they can email them.
