The 1900 census for Rutherford Co. lists my great grandmother, Sabrina Warren, as being a widow and head of household living with her children. Her husband was Sylvester Warren. Her maiden name was Murray. Does anyone know anything about this warren family? Where did they come from? Or how the father might have died? They were living in Rutherfordton and some of the children were working in the cotton mill.
