I used to work at Salemtowne, where Mrs. Bowen resided for several years before she passed away. She was everybody's favorite resident. 108 years old and always had a bright smile on her face and she would always say, "Give me something to do, I can't just sit here!" Once somebody brought her a big bowl of fresh green beans to string & snap, and she was so happy! I hope someone in her family reads this and it puts a smile on their face. Mabel will be remembered by many.
