There were 3 Margaret Poe's in Chatham for the 1850 census. One was the daughter of Joseph Poe and Ailsey Hackney, and married Stephen Moore.
Another was a daughter of Hasten Poe and Elizabeth Hackney, and the third was a daughter of Hasten Poe (the elder one) and Ann Waters Stedman. Can anyone tell me if they know of a marriage for either of these Margarets? One of them married Gideon Copeland, and went to Marion Co Indiana. Gideon was my GGgranddad's brother. Margaret's name appears on a marriage record for their son Andrew in Indiana.
