I am seeking to share information with the descendants of Jackson and Sarah Jane VESS PRESLEY, married 1857 Henderson Co., NC. Their son James "Frank" Pressley was born 1859 in Buncombe Co., NC and married 1) Caroline PRESLEY, daughter of William PRESLEY and Diandema DARNELL of Buncombe Co., and 2) her sister Nancy Adaline PRESLEY.

Other children of Jackson and Sarah PRESLEY were William Thomas PRESSLEY, born 1857, married a BLAYLOCK, and Montraville PRESLEY, Jerallis / Jerables PRESLEY. Nothing else is known of these two last sons.
