The North Carolina Museum of History quilt collection includes a quilt named "Presidential Album". This quilt contains the embroidered names of states that elected Franklin D. Roosevelt. Mary Scott, wife of then Senator W. Kerr Scott purchased this quilt from the Pinehurst Craft Shop, where it was quilted

Rosenberry books, etc. is planning a quilt activity/coloring book for children based on the North Carolina Museum of History collection. We want to collect stories about the "Presidential Album" quilt.

The Presidential Album quilt is already included in The North Carolina Museum of History's new book, PIECES of HISTORY: Quilt Patterns from the North Carolina Museum of History. The hand-bound book contains full-sized patterns and a brief history of the Presidential Album quilt and other quilts from the museum's collection.
