May Myers is my great-grandmother, and I've been unable to find her parents. so have a quite lonely branch in my tree. Per a newspaper article I found, she was born in Philmont, NY on July 4th or 6th, 1882, and died Jul 29th, 1938, in Utica, NY. She married my great-grandfather, Charles Allen Fingar, likely in 1902. The earliest official record I can find of her is a 1905 New York census in which she's already married and living in Claverack NY with father-in-law, Sylvanus Fingar, her husband and family. I would be eternally grateful for any guidance!
