On the wonderful German Genealogy Group site:
http://germangenealogygroup.com in the NYC Grooms Index :
DOOGUE, William Nov. 5, 1932 Bronx
cert. # 7958
You can order a copy of the marriage cert. by sending a Request Form to the LDS photocopy unit in SLC. Copies are $2.00 (U.S.) each, minimum order $4.00 (U.S.). You'll need to put the Title and FHL Film # of the microfilm that the cert should be found on, on the Request Form. This information is found in the Family History Library Catalog on familysearch.
To get a Request Form go to:
www.familysearch.org/eng/search/RG/frameset_rhelps.asp At upper left click on "Sorted by Document Types". On new page scroll down to "Requests for photocopies - census, books, microfilms....". This is form # 31768. Download and print out form. Put cert # in column at far right of page, where they ask for registration #. You should get your copy in 32 - 36 days.
The address for the Family History Library Catalog is:
www.familysearch.org/eng/Library/FHLC/frameset_fhlc.asp I believe the right film would be:
Title: Bronx marriage certs, 1897 - 1938
FHL Film # 1927761
(covers 7700-8721, 1932; 1-720 1933)
Hope this is of some help.
