for John Tranmer, he died between 1840-1850 in Sag Harbor, wife was Mary Blackburn Mason Tranmer, he had two sons Thomas and William and a step daughter Harriet Mason. Harriet's obituary said the family had lived in Sag Harbor from the time they arrived inAmerica at age 12(which mean 1830 until the late 1800's when she went to live with her nephew Reverend James Mason Tranmer in CT(her home at death in 1902). Any ideas on how to find it. I have searched www.familysearch.org and have searched high and low here on ancestry.com(ive got world access) and have come up with nothing.
