You should know all adoption records are closed. My suggestion to you is hire an investigator to track down your half-brother otherwise you will be hitting a wall at every turn. Also this is a dangerous undertaking since the child was an infant when the Adoption happened. Sometimes it is best to make note in your research and left it go. I say this from personal experience often it ends yup badly not what one would see on a Dr. Phil show.
