I wish I had seen this thread before ordering wills from Sampubco. Two months have passed and nothing has happened. Judging from my experience with him and that of others posted here, it seems Mr. Samuelsen does not honor his advertised 30-day response policy. He does not treat his customers with dignity when they write to him with concerns about their order status. He is rude. He is hostile. He is unprofessional. And in cashing checks before rendering service unto those who write them, he is dishonest.
