PJ: 8/29/2004: Susan E. Eddy, 55, of 959 Forest Ave., died at 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 1, 2004 in the Heritage Green Health Care Center, Greenhurst.
A native of Jamestown, she was born May 1, 1949, the daughter of DeWitt M. and Freda Russell Eddy.
Surviving are a sister, Janet C. Scala of Tucson, Ariz.; and a brother, Robert W. Eddy of Merritt Island, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her father on Jan. 30, 1963; and her mother on Oct. 6, 1990.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Sacred heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Joseph M. Dowdell, pastor, will be celebrant. Burial will be in the Sunset Hill Cemetery.
No visitation will be observed. The Lind Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
