I have tried to find more about John J. but all references seem to go nowhere. Thanks to the one who replied, I had tried to search both of them with lots of results but not the John J. the Medic. The one article which was somewhat helpful also mentioned his brother Joseph and William.

Anyone ? I have found over 200 of Soldiers and Sailors related to me but these three have been just elusive.
